HelpSpace AI provides an AI-powered knowledge base and customer support platform. Our services include content management, AI-powered search and chat, analytics, and integrations with third-party tools.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Upload malicious code or content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access
  • Interfere with the service's operation
  • Violate the rights of others

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a license to host, display, and process your content to provide the service. We retain ownership of the HelpSpace AI platform and technology.

6. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Refunds are available within 30 days of initial purchase.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, you may export your data for 30 days. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HelpSpace AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
